Forget Dieting
I am amazed at how many people think that all whole wheat bread is good for losing weight and health in general. In actuality the sugar in many of these breads can cause you to gain even more weight.
Or some would have you believe that you need to avoid saturated fat, which is also a partial truth.

Dieting is easy
Weight loss can be simple:
Eat less, of higher quality foods.
Get up and MOVE more.
