Is This A Healthy Diet? What’s Missing? :)?
Hi I’m starting a new healthy lifestyle; both diet and fitness Would you say that this is healthy:Breakfast: Muesli with semi skimmed milk, glass of orange juice, slice of wholewheat toast with nut butter. OR porridge with cinnamon, slice of wholewheat toast with nut butter, orange juiceLunch: Homemade cous cous with roasted vegetables, bottle of water, piece of fruit. Or Salad, bottle of water, piece of fruitDinner: Fish or Legumes, rice or pasta or potatoes, various types of rainbow vegetables, waterAll snacks in between; Raw veg, fruit, unsalted nutsAlso, I am starting running 3 times a week where possible…about a mile and a half each timeDoes this sound sensible? If not, where can i improve?thanks!
