Either the summer is approaching or someone is heading to the Caribbean islands for a winter vacation. Or a person has a 10th or 20th class reunion where s/he wants to look her/his best. whatever the reason, the person must lose weight quick before the anticipated event.

Here are some healthy tips on how to lose weight in a short period of time and feel more attractive and sexy.

Herbal Cleanse for Weight Loss

One great way to kick off any diet is an herbal cleanse. An herbal cleanse instantly detoxifies the body with an intense dosages of herbs and fiber. a seven-day, 24-hour herbal cleanse is best. It usually entails taking capsules at each meal or three times a day. Herbal cleanses also support the immune system and increase energy levels in the body. Green tea has a lovely, refreshing taste, thus sugar and milk does not need to be added.

Stop soda drinking too. Soda has so much sugar that the pounds pack on. An avid soda drinker can lose up to 10 to 15 pounds if s/he stops drinking soda, depending on the person’s consumption of soda and her/his weight.

Switch to drinking eight to 10 glasses of water a day. In the morning it is okay to drink green tea or a small black coffee, but that’s all for other drinks besides water. a dieter will be pleasantly surprised once s/he eliminates all the coffee, soda, alcohol, juices, sweetened teas and other artificial drinks.

Healthy Eating Habits

Get into a healthy eating habit with food as well (not just drinks). Here some suggestions to lose weight fast with better eating habits:

  • Stick to fresh fruits and vegetables, brown rice, quinoa and other grains for side dishes.
  • Opt for skinless, white meats that are less fatty cuts such as skinless, lean chicken breasts.
  • Buy organic fruits and veggies, but if not available, buy frozen. when vegetables are freeze-dried, the nutrients are kept in.
  • Do not buy canned vegetables. they are the unhealthiest choice.

To lose weight quick, follow the above tips and the dieter should start to see immediate results. However, s/he must stick to the plan religiously or it will not work. Focus on being healthy with drinks and food and, of course, incorporating exercise into the daily routine. If the dieter adheres to this regimen, s/he will be bathing suit or camera ready for the big vacation or event.
