Every abused and neglected child benefits from having a consistent adult role model and advocate for the entire time they are in foster care. It is critical to ensure that these vulnerable children have the help they need to thrive in safe, permanent homes. CASA has been serving abused and neglected children ages newborn to eighteen in Napa County since 1996. during this time, Napa CASA has advocated for more than 1,200 local children.
