Oprah’s Detox Diet – The Acai Berry & Colon Cleanse Diet
It wasn’t too long ago that Oprah Winfrey was 40 lbs overweight. she made big news when she introduced and endorsed the Acai and Colon cleanse diet. Since them, Oprah has lost a tremendous amount of weight and Acai has become one of the hottest diets of 2009. everywhere I turned celebrities and diet experts were talking about its amazing health benefits. As an overweight single mother, it was hard for me to resist and I had to try it to see if it really worked.
Under the supervision of Dr. OZ and her personal trainer, Oprah began her detox diet using the Acai berry. Aca is a superfood harvested in South American and known for its amazing health properties and fat loss power. It’s jam packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and all that good stuff that makes you feel great and ready to start your day.
