For women, cardio exercise can be incredibly difficult because after a certain amount of time, a woman enters a phase of diminishing returns. For most women, anything past 45 minutes of heavy, arduous cardio exercise is often too much. the body ceases to burn calories, but it can seriously affect your appetite.

Never believe a quick fix plan or program that promises results in a matter of weeks. that is the sure sign of a fad diet or fitness plan.
Make sure that any womens fitness program or womens workout plan that you attempt is geared toward your specific needs. If it is not, you will not benefit from it.
