After not eating for about 7hrs (not on purpose btw) is it normal to get a cold sweat (and real hungry obv.) ?
I was just thinking about this today after reading something about low blood sugar. about 3 yrs ago i used to be a pretty good tennis player. On Sat mornings (yay) I would get up, have breakfast (at about .7.30) – go to intense fitness training for 45 mins and about kill myself haha, then come home and go to work (fast food haha) from 11-4. now i usually ate something between coming home from fitness training but once or twice I forgot (after exercising that hard, the very idea of food seemed repulsive to me). And my boss at work was a dick and it was very frowned upon if i ate at work. Anyway so the couple of times i forgot i got really hungry (obviously), tired (also obvious), but I was also sweating and cold and clammy? Anyway – i just wanted to know if this is normal for a situation like this, or does low blood sugar affect me more/ was it very dangerous?
