Am I at a healthy weight? How can I lose weight? Fitness tips?
I'm 5'6'' and I weigh 128lbs, but I'd like to get to at least 119 by the end of the summer. is this a smart choice?
What are some good ways to lose weight by the end of the summer?
You dont really need to, but it always feels great to lose weight.
Just do alot of running, situps, and such. Eat a very healthy diet, cut out sugary snacks, fried and fatty foods, and just eat healthily and excercise as much as you can.

Wish you all the best in health success!!!
I would say you don't need to lose weight. I'm 5'2 and 128 is well within my healthy weight range, so I'd say you are far from overweight.
BMI is not a perfect measurement, but it can give you a general idea on a healthy weight range. There are plenty of online BMI calculators available.
If you feel like you need to lose some fat, cardio is key along with a healthy balanced diet. Things like walking, biking, and jogging are all great cardio options. Weight lifting and strength training will give you a toned apperance, and be good for your metabolism and overall well being.
I really like the website sparkpeople.com for weight loss tips, trackers, and support.
