i just wanted to know what types of workouts i should be doing, my stomach is kind of flabby and i have small man boobs, what are some exercises that i could do to get rid of them?

Do pushups and pullups on alternating days, and run or jump rope. Eat healthy. thats about it really. do as many pushups and pullups as you can, mark those numbers down, and try to do 5x that. For instance if you can do 15 pushups before you fail, keep adding little by little until you've done 75 pushups altogether and then you're done for the day. next day, say you can do 5 pullups, keep doing a few more at a time until you've done 25 pullups and then you're done for the day. Repeat!

dude, really, running and pushups and pullups are the best at your stage. send an email my way if you want. at your age, its more about making sure you work out once a day, than what you actually do. its about how often you workout, not how intense each workout is. but each workout should leave you feeling exhausted, without making you feel too much pain. pain is bad, exhaustion is what youre seeking.
