Can you give me fitness tips?
i want to start fitness training again and what would be the best thing for me to do to start off?
engage yourself into sports..what about lawn tennis?that's a great sport to have a lot of sweat:D.
i've got a 4 weeks of training in lawn tennis last summer damn i really sweat a lot ! i used 2 or 3 shirts per training/session/day.and you dont only sweat a lot you also enjoy learning that sport:D
and i've lost about 2 or 3 inches^.^
i agree w/the sports answer…start off by playing sports…this will help you burn calories while having fun at the same time…i call it "tricking the body w/different types of cardio"…i prefer sports over running on a treadmill any day….
