Don't know how to make personal fitness plan, anyone know any sites that can give me ideas?
I have to make a personal fitness program for my personal fitness class and it has to include health-related activities, sports skills, stress diversion activities, and nutrition. I have no clue how to lay this out or anything. Does anyone have any sites with examples?
