Fitness and strength training?
I want to get a little fitter and lose a little bit of weight, im 14 and im not fat but I want my abs to slighly show. And I want to get my muscels a little bigger and to be stronger. Now
Im ognna install a bar in my door to do chin ups.
So say ever 2nd day, I do 40 chin ups, 40 push ups and 670 sit ups, then do 20 mins of skipping, every 2nd day, will that get me str around my body such as legs, arms, forarms calfs, biceps etc and make them a little bigger, but not out of proportian?
I have this home gym thing, its broken now, but theres a poster for all the different exercises, and theres like ones for ur ankles, wrists and stuff like that..wtf, is that even needed? I dont wanna do anything and become out of proportian, so what I said earlier, will that be good good but without making me unpropotioned?
Thx guys for listening to my blabbering on.
if you can do all that then i'm surprised you don't have a 6 pack.
for abs to show you have to do cardio, and add some variety to the core exercises not just situps. as long as you work opposing muscle groups, i don't think you'll go out of 'proportion'. every sport has a different 'proportion' ex. cross country, really skinny upper body and smaller calves. just work opposing muscle groups for example biceps and triceps, chest and back muscles.
