I just got prescribed to Adipex and I want to lose 50 pounds. If you have taken adipex, can you please share how long it took you to lose how much weight and if you have kept it off! Thank you everyone =) I am also doing weight watchers and a boot camp and personal training on top of taking the adipex.

I have taken the adipex before. I lost the weight sooo fast. I felt like crap all the time though because you don't sleep good. the weight came back on as soon as i got off and my sleep patterns are just now back to normal after three years. They are only back to normal because I have been to so many doctors and I had to learn how to relax all over again because it was all due to the medicine. I firmly believe that. it will get the pounds off but beware! I don't want u to go thru what I did. I am now using a recumbent nike an hour everyday to do it the right way. Best of luck
