How come my personal trainer charges more for my husband than he does for me?
My husband and I have got the same personal trainer but we work out at different times. I usually work out with him when he's at work and he usually works out with him on Fridays or Saturdays. my personal trainer charges me $ 15 for an hour and for my husband he charges usually around $ 50 on Fridays and $ 65 on Saturdays. Sexist much?
That does seem like an odd difference in price. I could understand if he maybe charged you $10 an hour less (due to less intensive training, perhaps) but $15 to $50 is a huge gap. Perhaps you could ask your trainer about this difference in price. the reason could be legitimate: does your husband involve himself in any training that might require an additional fee? Sometimes specialized training (i.e. rock climbing, for instance) requires extra equipment that might be tagged onto the training fee.
If your workouts are basically the same then I would question your trainer's intentions.
No, I think it has more to do with the trainer's time. the trainer's time is more valuable on a Friday afternoon/evening and on a Saturday than it is Monday-Friday during the day.
Don't always assume he is making concessions for you simply because you are a woman. Trainers make a living by training people…that means men, women, and children so they aren't going to just say oh lets see you are a woman let me give you a discount. Unless of course you are providing some fringe benefits that go beyond just training and that is an entirely different discussion!
That is a big difference but your husband wants to train on the weekend, where the trainer is in more demand and most charge more money in order to get what he deserves for working through the weekend. you can't expect the guy to work all the time and not get paid for the extra hours.
Because you give him a show.
You probably wear a tight tank top and tight trousers that the guy gets a ***** over, or your not telling us the truth…do you suck him off?
If not, its cause his jealous of your husband and wants to bankrupt him so he can do you.
You got a bargain!
My trainer was $75 a lesson, 3X a week even before 10am.
Since you both are training with the guy, he may be breaking down the payments.
So in total, you may be charged $130 per week.
No, its supply vs demand. Daytime weekdays the trainers are "hungry" as there are far less clients in the gym. Friday + Saturday is there busiest times.
Probably because with your husband , the trainer actually works and trains with him when all you do is a couple leg lifts and roll around on that stupid plastic ball.
Because his time is more valuable on the weekends.
He wants to have a romantic relationship with you. That is pure and simple straight to the point.
Because maybe you perform extra services
Why don't you ask the trainer?
