I know this is the type of question that will vary greatly. But does anyone have an estimate of how much a personal trainer cost? Can I use one for only 2-3 month period to help me get back into shape? I am not very out of shape just want to get closer to my pre-pregnancy weight and body?

I dont have an exact cost.But the gym i go to has like 200$ for 8 session my guess is like a session is like less than 2 hrs.I never had a personal trainer but i seen people with them mostly overweight people.A personal trainer is useless unless you dont know anything about any exercise.Being a bodybuilder a personal trainer to me is like waste of money.Just pointing it out.
