The football (english) team i used to play for "broke up" around a year ago but now we are getting back together. Since then I've lost a bit of fitness and football practice and id like to regain a bit beforee pre-season training so that i'm in shape/form. what exercises/footballl practice can I do at home (I don't have a lot of space)?

Running and Jumping rope would be good for stamina purposes but if it's been a year since touching a football you might want to do exercises that incorporate that too just so you get your touch back. Juggling works, passing off a wall to yourself. Crunches of all different kinds will help your core strength and fitness. If your a physical player doing push ups will help build upper body strength again. You can also go to a gym, thats the best way to get in shape and rediscover the best fitness you've ever been in. =P
