I need some fitness tips?
Well I need some fitness tips. My body is weird, I'm not fat but I have man boobs, its so weird. so I have been trying to lose weight recently and I need some tips to lose that fat. how long do I excersise every day. I am doing chest workouts with weights, is this good enough? I need your help people so please help me lose this fat. thanks!
yes it is and i go for a 5k run everyday and burpees are good aswell
