I'm looking for ways to build motivation for personal fitness… Any ideas?
I've been lazy and depressed for a good portion of my life, now I'm working on getting out of it, and am looking for ways to motivate myself, or at least slowly build up motivation for personal fitness… Any advice on this subject would be great, ya know!
