I always felt curious whether it is safe to pursue a fitness career in big mega fitness centres. however i always heard of rumours that if you can't hit personal training sales target, you will be out… I have only work in small fitness clubs, and i have the necessary certification in fitness instructing and personal training. perhaps, can someone here also share with me the success factor of working as a personal trainer in big mega gyms…..?

I would stick to the smaller gyms to avoid to much overhead. If you already have a strong clientele, I would not go to a big mega gym, they will make you pay more for using there facility.
