Personal Fitness and Restraint Training?
I'm choosing classing for my sophmore year in High School, and I will have a quarter(1/4) of a year free that I will probably have a Study Hall in. There is a class though, Personal Fitness and Restraint Training, that I could fit in. The problem is, I'm not a very "fit" active person. I don't go to the gym and I don't do school sports. I'm not weak or lazy, but I'm worried that if I take this class, I will be left out in a crowd of mega sports people. it is meant to "assess current fitness levels and make goals for self improvement though"
Has anyone ever taken a course like this, and is it fun? Should it be something to go for?
Don't say "go with what you want to do" because well, I'm asking for your opinion.
I've never took those classes in high school as I was already an athlete but I would recommend you take them as they may be able to set you on a new path in your life. it might spark an interest you never knew you had.
Get your butt out there!
