hey kid, try to judo throw your little brother, then do your homework, okay?
Upper body strength and endurance is very important so two key exercises are chin ups and press ups. Also grip strength is essential so hanging from a pole is also beneficial, sounds silly however it is very good to build up forearm strength and in turn grip strength. Lower body stability so squats, and lunges are also very important, also exercises for your core such as planks (normal and sides) are going to be essential for balance and strength.
