When should it eat when training???? . ?
people have told me that i shouldnt eat after i train and i was wondering if this is true and what times i should eat hears a list of my training times, :
summer hols ( coz im still at school )
10am-12 judo training
2pm-3 weights
7pm-9 judo
whilst at school :
weights 6:30pm-7:30pm
judo , 8pm-9:30pm
conditioning (fitness training )
9:30 pm- 10 ?
i get home from school about 4 ???? so i was just wondering if anyone could help , also im trying to cut wieght so if you have any tips ?? thanks

You should be eating after you train, always. your body needs protein and carbs so you can recover form your workouts.
