Why is it important to establish personal fitness goals?
Also, why is it important to track the activities you do, or to plan ahead in advance what activities you will do to reach your goals?
Because you dont want to be a fatass.
If you set goals to be fit then you will be much happier in life.
because you will lose focus if you do not remind yourself of you goals, and you will cheat yourself…
if you do not set goals then there is no purpose for even working out. there is no end result..
you need that inspiration, that motivation to keep pushing yourself with any half stepping involved. you will feel much more accomplished..
its a strong mental game you play with yourself…
goals are motivating and also you can track your progress against projections of how you thought you would do.
i've notice that my progress has stalled since i haven't set any goals.
i do what i want to do instead of what i should be doing,which is okay for now.
Goals are an object to reach. by having goals you can keep track of your status, where you are at in reaching that goal. Plus reaching a goal gives you a feeling of accomplishment.
