Y!A Fitness tips!?

This will be a big long thread full of tips and advice!

eat 6 small decent meals a day
Drink a gallon of water a day
drink two glasses of water before breakfast
do 30 minutes of cardio everyday and break a sweat in the first 5 minutes
do weight lifting 5 days a week and train something different than what you did the day before
don't eat past 8 pm
sleep at least 8 hours a night

no one ever said it would be easy, so don't think it will be
whatever program you choose to stick with stick with it no matter what, you might not see results in a month or two, but atleast you are doing something and that is way better than nothing.
I always park far away so I have to walk farther. I always take the stairs if possible. I also just got a dog to encourage me to walk more. He is a golden retriever and could walk for days. I used to be a size 8 but after having 2 kids I still get asked when I am due. so sad, but true
