A healthy meal consists of fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole grains, white meat (which is basically fish and poultry), milk and such like.

2.    Recognize that fitness must include regular exercises. The exercises must be regular to have an effect on your body. It is recommended that you exercise at least four times a week, and the exercises should at least last an hour to have an impact on your body. this fitness regime may go a long way into preventing back injury incidences, and lower chances of osteoporosis in the long-run

3.    Simple daily activities like jogging, walking, sprinting, cycling, swimming and so on, help strengthen muscles and tone your body leaving you looking healthy, lean, fit and attractive. this maybe the most easy advice  amongst the health and fitness tips as activities like walking which can be engaged daily and at any time you have a break are not only physically relaxing, but contribute to your mental well being also. You should always use every opportunity to walk. while going to work, you should consider walking up the stairs and down at the end of the day instead of taking the lift. if it is possible, you can also get into the habit of walking or cycling to work and from work for your own well being.

4.    Avoid smoking and alcohol. these luxurious items have proven harmful elements that will harm your health and contribute to your death in the end. if you feel like it is essential you indulge yourself sometimes, and then do not over do it. It is always good to be moderate when taking alcohol or smoking.

5.    Eliminate ‘white foods’ from your daily diet. White sugar, white flour and processed foods which have become a lifestyle habit in modern working families are devoid of minerals and vitamins. this foods also lack fiber which is important to your health.

6.    Avoid Trans Fats. It is advisable you reduce your fat intake so as to live healthy and control your body mass.

7.     Always eat meals that have all the basic nutritional requirements to maintain your health and weight.

8.    Listen to your body demands. To attain results and make them sustainable you should always know what your body wants. if you feel like going for a walk or a run or having some fruits, always do it instead of procrastinating.

9.     Drink plenty of water daily to dilute and flush out toxic mater in your body.
