Thursday 30th September – Back/Rear Delts & Abs
Well it’s nearly the end of the week and yet training has been strong all week, and the motivation as been really high. Diet back on track and being monitor through my journal along with my training!
Today was Back/Rear Delts & Ab’s which went great and was strong, not bad for not doing a strength plan for around a year so thought it was about time to change it up and get some more added muscle for next years shows.
I have my eye set on my first showing being in may time next year, a completely different catagory but it”s worth the effort along with the work and business projects that will follow in it’s path.
Here’s what went down in todays session:
Weighted Chins – 8, 8, 8, 6 + 4
Lat Pulldowns – 12, 10, 8, 8
Heavy Barbell Rows – 12, 10, 8, 8, 8
Seated Cable Rows – 12, 10, 8, 8
High Cable Rows (Back definiton) – 12, 12, 12
Cable Rever Flys – 12, 12, 12 + 8 + 8
Bentover DB Flyes + DB Rows – 12, 12, 12
Hanging Leg Raises + Floor Crunches – 15, 15, 15, 15
I felt great coming off of this workout, it’s still early days with how it’s going to pan out but still a great workout along with a great pump. I am looking forwards to checking my measurements in around 6-8 weeks to see what improvements i may along with monitoring my nutrition that i’m putting.
