10 Rounds :30 Wall Balls/:30 of active rest (single jumps) 5:00 Rest 10 Rounds :30 Abmat Sit-ups/:30 of active rest (plank hold of choice: side, front, hands, etc.) *2 person teams with one team member working while the other completes active rest *Score=Total Wall Balls and sit-ups
